RESIDENTIAL BUILDING IN BON PASTOR
PUBLIC COMPETITION
The DOMÒPOLIS project proposes a model of collective housing that balances urban density with quality of living, using a modular system that ensures flexibility and efficiency. The design is based on a clear structural grid that allows the repetition of units while accommodating different housing typologies, optimizing both construction and spatial use.
At the urban scale, the development is organized around green spaces and shared areas, encouraging community life and prioritizing pedestrian movement. The integration of vegetation and open spaces enhances environmental quality while also creating a strong sense of identity and social cohesion.
The housing units are designed to maximize natural light, cross ventilation, and interior flexibility, with compact service cores that free up the main living spaces. Overall, the project presents an efficient, adaptable, and sustainable architectural approach that responds to contemporary urban living needs.
