EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION LLOBREGAT 2021
 
In this project we were presented with the opportunity of building an educational institution in the Delta del Llobregat area. The main idea was forged based on its around, trying to build 'another reed bed', a building that is part of the vegetation that surrounds it. Based on this same idea, its material and constructive strategy were decided. The façades will be made up of adjustable wooden slats behind glass in some cases and a conventional façade in others. The building will be raised 1.7 meters above the ground and its height will vary by means of a modular inclined roof, never exceeding the height of the reeds. Its volumetry is defined by the same base module, supported by a series of reinforced concrete pillars and girders with a 3.5-meter bay, which multiply and change their orientation while maintaining their proportions.
