DWELLING AND CITY
The aim of the 'Dwelling and city' workshop was to create a cohousing building with a specific program and on a given piece of land. The result of this challenge is seen in the following sheets. A program located between load-bearing walls, and at different heights, creates diversity and a special space. It adapts its arquitectonic form to the terrain and its weather conditions, following certain constructive and material strategies. Despite everything, this building never loses the idea of 'living in community', creating a sandwich of common spaces on the lower and upper floors, and private spaces in between. These plans respond to issues from the most general scale to the most detailed one.
